Attached hereto is a copy of the bylaws for the strata corporation taken from the records that VCS maintains for the strata corporation. These are provided to you on a “without prejudice” basis. For legal purposes please obtain a true copy as currently registered at the Land Title Office. Please also consider if, and to what extent, the Schedule of Standard Bylaws in the Strata Property Act applies. Bylaws are an extensive legal document and we recommend you obtain and rely on professional legal counsel and advice on the content.
Vehicle Removal – June 17

Please be advised that Valley Power Sweep will be on site Thursday, June 1 7th to conduct power sweeping the parkade including washing of edges around pillars and bike areas in the parkade of Solo between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
It will be required that residents remove their vehicles from the parkade during the scheduled time from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Items in parking stall areas must also be cleared out as the management company, strata plan and contractor will not be responsible for any items that accidentally get wet or damaged. If your vehicle is leaking oil, etc. the vehicle owner is advised to have it repaired so as not to leak onto the clean parkade. Vehicles not removed on Wednesday, June 17th from their parking stall will be towed at the owner’s cost.
